About Cassidy

Hey, I’m Cassidy, pregnant mom of 3 (birthed 2 + a step son), business owner and former athlete who still likes to train like one…but in WAY less time. Because what mom has time?  I went from working out hours per day, to only a few hours per week with better results after kids than in my twenties. Despite 10 years in the fitness industry, when I first got pregnant I had 1000 questions concerning pregnancy and working out and google only made me more confused.

Another baby later I decided to create the program that I wish I had for my pregnancies. One that answered all of my many questions and taught me only the most important things I needed to know about training, core, pelvic floor, birth and postpartum. I have taken so many of these strategies (especially the core ones) with me even while not pregnant, and I now have the 6 pack I would have killed for at 21….but without necessarily “trying”. Just training smart a few times a week and nourishing my body in the little time that I have in a day given my busy life with littles.
